This mid-century gem had been long-forgotten. With an incredible location, general good condition and LOTS of possibilities, it (completely) lacked personality.
Whenever possible, we like to create what we call “inside-out” homes. That is, lots of access, visually and literally, to the outside as you live and move on the inside. Opening up walls and adding long lines of sight was absolutely key in this one. Maximizing space and improving on a very awkward layout were second. And adding lots of stylish neutrals and flair….
well, it was just begging for it!
